  • We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Whether you’re in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, or any other city, we ensure that your order reaches you safely and promptly.

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside Pakistan.

2. Processing Time:

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in the processing time.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-4 business days for delivery.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • For orders below PKR 5000, a standard shipping charge of PKR 200 will apply.

  • For orders above PKR 5000, we offer free shipping to all major cities in Pakistan.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery through the courier’s website.

6. Shipping Restrictions:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

7. Damaged or Lost Items:

  • While we take the utmost care in packaging and shipping, DotM is not liable for any damage that occurs during transit.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 15 days of delivery for assistance with returns or exchanges.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
